# Privacy policy

Effective 1 November 2026

## 1. Who we are

Solmera is operated by BILD IP Law Firm (빌드 특허 법률 사무소), Seoul, Republic of Korea. Contact: logan@solmeraai.com.

## 2. What we collect

Work email, firm or company, country, role, your message, order details (plan, source language, field, approximate length) and site usage data (referral source, pages viewed, options selected). Files you send for translation or prosecution.

## 3. How we use it

To reply to requests, deliver ordered work, send receipts and delivery notices, and measure which services are in demand. We do not sell personal data.

## 4. Processors

Google (Firebase: storage and email), PostHog (usage analytics; emails and messages are not sent to PostHog), Stripe (card payment processing, once card checkout is live). Payment card details never reach our servers.

## 5. Retention

Files and deliverables are deleted 14 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep a glossary for future work. Contact and order records are kept for the period required by Korean tax and commercial law.

## 6. No model training

Your documents are never used to train AI models.

## 7. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion at logan@solmeraai.com. For EU and UK clients, BILD IP Law Firm is the controller; you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
